Since the Green Flu virus has hit and wiped out a majority of the earths population, secret underground military operations bunker located in [REDACTED] have called into effect the CDC assault initiative and has now formally taken charge over CEDA. One of the few surviving congressmen living in the bunker that signed for this act stated; "you cannot just throw bile into a jar and study it, this virus is evolving every second and the only cure is a bullet".
