If you have 0 drops remaining but no cards in your inventory, then either you traded/sold the cards or if it's a F2P game you may have never earned any drops.

Trading/Selling/Using the cards does not reset the number of drops.

Why is there no Card Drop remaining even if there are 8 for example left ...
