Death run 2

The previous death run (http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=500579098) had a few issues which were fun, but needed a little "fixing". I left the old version for those who enjoy it, but wanted to publish a "corrected" version.

Death crates now spawn on the lowest level so you don't die to them spawning randomly/unfortunately,
Spawns now exist on both sides to make things more interesting,
Water flow now doesn't push all the way to the edge, it just groups crates for mass explosions,
Camera zoom is pushed out so you can see more and actually/strategically dodge things,
and there's some random words added on the outside of the death room (which you can actually use if the death crates destroy the floor/ceiling).
