Here's a quick, non destructive guide to remove those videos.

Disabling the videos

Thankfully very quick and easy:

Open your file browser (i.e. explorer on windows).
In there navigate to the video folder of the game, i.e.:
C:\Steam\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\BioShock Infinite\XGame\Movies\
Rename the following files (i prefer to just add an underscore "_" at the beginning):
- 2KLogoSweep720p2997.bik
- AMDLogo720p.bik
- BSI_AnimatedLogo_720p2997.bik
- IrrationalLogoTest.bik
- UE3AnimatedLogo_ProRes.bik
Start the game without the videos.

Or just hammer the action button to skip past them!

then just rename the files back... if you did it like described and didn't delete the files. if you deleted the files, go to the properties of the game via your library and verify the gamefiles...
