Parking 4x4 High

I am creating a collection of several parking lots to have consistent statistics (cost, maintenance, leisure, etc.). I will also organize these to be in a logical order on your toolbar.

This 4x4 parking lot is intended for a high end commercial area. It includes numerous landscaped islands and is also symmetrical so multiple instances of this parking lot can be placed next to each other or across from each other to create larger parking lots (4x4, 4x8, 8x8, 8x4, 12x8, etc.).

Over 50 props/trees were added. The Probability Changer mod was used to vary the frequency at which each tree in the parking lot grows. Each time the parking lot is placed, it will take on a new look depending on which trees grow. The user does not need to install the Probability Changer mod to make use of this feature.

Statistics are:
Electricity - $0
Construction Cost - $1,600 ($100/tile)
Fire Hazard - 0
Fire Tolerance - 20
Garbage Accumulation - 0
Maintenance Cost - $32
Tourists - 0
Sewage Accumulation - 0
Water Consumption - 0
Entertainment Accumulation - 0
Entertainment Radius - 0

Most of the props and trees are default. However, I am also pulling from a collection of frame-rate/memory friendly props and trees, which you can subscribe to using the link below. If you don't subscribe to this collection, it will still work, but there will be a few props/trees missing.
