Note that this does not apply to bison or mammoths as they don't re-spawn. These are the only exceptions, and everything else, including the aquatic critters, can be automated with Arthur. As for automatically getting them out of the water (if you choose not to drain it), a Freddy placed at the bottom of a tower of girders works just fine.
For all intents and purposes, food critters count as enemies for Arthur to attack. This means that automating the harvest of any critter that re-spawns indefinitely is entirely possible once you have him unlocked. It's still better not to get careless, though, as the hive counts as an enemy as well, and as such, Arthur can destroy it, closing meat production from that hive. As such, a proper set-up is still important.
Jimmy cannot be worked into any Arthur setup, as Arthur will ignore Jimmy and might walk into the hive if the setup otherwise allows it. A single dirt block, or a 1X1 hole works wonders though.
Enjoy your infinite Chili Con Cornbug or Heavy Syrup with zero manual labor!
Just build a quick ladder (and take a couple hits) right where they're standing and climb up until you are just above them then shoot.
Sorry for the delay in getting the rest of the strategies up. I've added sections for Kabochasers & Woolly Mammoths but haven't had the time to write the text strategy out. I've added all of the reference pictures for each for everyone to see, which should show the intended strategy.
Happy Hunting!
