Obviously some people have been able to complete this scenario, but I have tried several times and always get stopped for a red signal at Mannheim-Rheinau. My train is overtaken by two passenger trains and a freight train, but I never get a green signal. I have requested permission to pass the signal (TAB) but my request is always denied, even after waiting for a half hour.

Hi, nice scenario, but you created it using German language settings. Due to a bug in TS2015, peple like me, play the game with English as the set language will not see your instructions. You should make sure to include texts for English langaue as well. You can do this by editing the scenario.bin file using RWEdit.exe (free download).
