You get it after you press the restart button 100 times so you will get it eventually while doing these.

You have to visit the ancient clicking masters up in the mountains and spend years of training to complete the achievment.

Actually I used an auto-clicker macro that I assigned on a button on my keyboard and the video footage was also speeded up so you wouldn't have to sit through all the clicks ;D I'm sure you can find a free auto clicker or macro program with google. As far as I know, there's no super easy way to get past it.

how did you click so fast for the Fastest In The Wild West Achievement? did you half to click adosen times? or is thair another whay?

Do you have trouble getting the ticket to out or how to get the numbers from it? Each row is an equivalent of a number and it can be 1, 2 or 3. The bottom row is always the first number and top is the last number. If a row has 1 red square, the row is 1. If it has 3 red squares, the row equals 3 etc. Quite simple really. Then just add all the row numbers in order from bottom to top into the numpad.
