DarkRP Simple Logging System [FIXED]

A simple, effective logging system for DarkRP.
Open the logs by saying !logs or /logs

Currently logs:
Damage Logs - Propkill, general deaths, falldamage, NPC damage and a lot more.
Chat Logs - Marks certain chats as commands, OOC and more.
General Logs - All DarkRP stuff, lawboards, job changes and obviously a lot more.

Commands:
darkrp_logs - Opens logs
darkrp_logs_help - Opens help
darkrp_logs_printranks - Prints ranks that are allowed to use the logs
darkrp_logs_refreshusergroups - Refreshes user groups (you shouldn't need to use this)

(This version is currently fixed for DarkRP 2.6.1 I've fixed a few lua errors in the code to make this work, this is just uploaded to allow server owners easy access to the logs, thanks, Regzo)
