It's standing on a 4x4 parcel and is at Level 3.

The building is only 1002 triangles and has a custom LOD (82 tris) and custom LOD textures, the textures are 1024 (128 for the Lod).

@Ziggy_Birdman : It's random. Growables have levels (5 levels for residential, 3 for office), when you have enough services (police, fire...) and the place is "nice" (parks, not too much noise) buildings will level up and a random one from the correct category and parcel size will grow.

@tony_r_68 THANK YOU! This whole thing was driving me nuts! I figured that was what you meant so I went and downloaded some 'unique' buildings and sure enough they show up in that category.

Question though, do we have any control over when/whether the growable buildings will show up or is up to random chance with the game?
