I had some deadlock issues with 4-7 chamber (save before dead, can't return, cube stuck).

FYI: F6 - save; F7 - load
steps
    To restart level:
  • press esc (when playing);
  • settings -> keyboard/mouse -> enable debug console set: enable
  • go back to level and press ` (or ~)
  • type: restart
  • (press enter)
