Introduction
There is a total of 3 extreme difficulty achievements in Cook, Serve, Delicious! This guide will show you how to easily earn all of the achievements.

Note: You can change your difficulty in the beginning of the game. You just have to choose a difficulty level when creating a new game file.
Super Rush Hour
''(Extreme Difficulty) Survive a Super Rush Hour''

This is the easiest achievement to unlock. You just have to survive a rush hour, the orders do not matter. This means if you only serve bad orders the entire rush hour, you will still unlock the achievement.
When It's Ready
''(Extreme Difficulty) Receive and read a peculiar e-mail''

This is unlocked by playing the game. Between the 15th and the 17th day you will recieve a peculiar e-mail and all you have to do is open it. If you read every e-mail you get, this is impossible to miss.
Impossible Perfect Day
''(Extreme Difficulty) Achieve a Perfect Day with six items on your active menu''

This is one of the hardest achievements in the entire game. It requires you to achieve a perfect day on extreme difficulty using 6 items on your menu.
Note: you unlock your 6th menu slot on day 18 or 19.

1. Equipment. You will need the following:

- Table Snacks and Air Conditioning. This will keep the customers patient for longer, making the game overall easier.
- Do NOT buy a Tip Jar. This will prevent you from advancing to a one star restaurant.
- Commercial Toilet, Dishwasher, Garbage Service and Rat Pesticide. These are very important as they will make the chores easier and less frequent.

Note: All of the equipment I mentioned will be unlocked before your 20th day.

2. Food. You need simple, easy food you have experience with, food which does not take long to prepare. Here is what I suggest:

Fish, Lobster and Breakfast Sandwich because they are very easy and quick to prepare. Also, they take time to cook, reducing the amount of orders you get and slowing down the game.
Corndog and Pretzel because they are the easiest foods to make in the game.
Coffee and Salad are also very easy to make. You can use deep fry foods too. The menu comes down to your preference.

Note: Do not upgrade any of your food. This will only make it harder.

3. Buzz. This is the most important step. You need as least buzz as possible.

- Make sure your food suffers from menu rot. This will reduce buzz.
- Before your actual attempt, ''play'' a few days where you purposely only get bad orders. You can do this by idling or just getting the wrong recipe for every food. This will greatly reduce your buzz. Do this until your buzz reaches 30%, the minimum for extreme mode.

With 30% buzz, a simple food menu and the equipment, achieving a perfect day will be very easy.

I find it easier to track the clicks used in coffee compared to chicken or steak for example. After all, the menu comes down to personal preference.
Also added breakfast sandwich to the guide. Thanks for the suggestions.

Some upgrades are okay: those which only increases the price, but not the difficulty
Fish upgrade is useful, as well as chicken (if enough fund is provided)
Also, some other food options:
1-star steaks are not as hard to make, and it is quite profitable (also it takes a looong time to cook)
1-star soup has only two recipes, and once you have memorized the recipes it is easy to cook as well
Personally I avoid foods which require exact number of clicks, so coffee is a no-no for me :(

Thank you =D
Though I substituted coffee, salad, and pretzel with breakfast sandwich, stacked enchilada, and chicken for my menu.

For me coffee which can take 1 to 5 clicks on sugar or salads which need reading can be too slow for the achievement.

Here's a good menu for the impossible perfect:

Fish - the easiest of all and takes time to prepare.
Lobster - while not upgraded, it also takes time and has only butter variety.
Chicken - its process is always the same and it's quicker than ANY deep fried food. Just don't mess up the 6 clicks.
Breakfast sandwich - easy as pretzels to make AND takes time.
Corndog & Pretzel - easy to make and really work if you've got the conditioner and table snacks.
