@ Recent changes

- Finally removed camouflage on wheels! but there is no file of Panther's track CoH2 Tools Data, so I can't change it.
- Halftrack Sdkfz 251, Infrared Halftrack, Kubelwagen, Panther, Panzer IV, Puma has been changed. (Removed unnecessary parts : such as Camouflage on wheels, Driver's seats etc)

@ViperCanel There is no decals include in this skins that I made. You can find decals for your units on workshop of Company of Heroes 2.
