UK Terraced House - Modern 5

** UPDATED FOR AFTER DARK **

This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Terraced housing / commercial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses, pubs, shops and other interesting stuff :)

Type : Growable
Size : 1x2 layout
Density : Low Residential
Level : 2 (Currently its best to use the level up mod to block these from upgrading)

The best way to spawn these houses currently (and my other terrace houses) is to paint down some low residential like THIS [i.imgur.com] and then use the following two mods:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. Some users have reported that they don't seem to spawn with the props so ill let you know below what ones have been used:

Ive added one satelite dish (white), one ADT house alarm and the brick wall for the back garden to this asset, if they dont appear then feel free to add them yourself in the asset editor.
