CJ on the DMR is a innate downgrade considering you will have to wait longer for the recovery as the per shot spread is higher than the default cap. The only scenerio where this migh be useful is close range/anti vehicle. HVR is a different story. Per Shot = Cap. In this situation (since the HVR is Bolt Action) The gun will fully recover before you can shoot anyhow.
I've also never quite understood the though process being putting CJ on the Ntec and this didn't explain it whatsoever. CJ essentially removed the Full Auto effectiveness from the table. It turns into a burst fire and tap fire weapon only and at that you'd rather play at range. Improved Rifling seems like a better choice all around considering its downsides are fairly minimal in comparison.
CJ on the OCA isn't really a must have considering how incaccurate it can get from it. At CJ3 you're only getting .05 seconds faster TTK and introducing more inconsistancy.
