Step 1: Join the Winning Faction OR Current Faction Champ will give you a 10% Bonus on Koins earned from battles.

Step 2: From the Menu --> Fraction --> Faction War Page --> Member Profile --> Kombat Card
- This will help you earn bonus points after battles
- Cards that contain a stars next to them indicate they are part of a set. When you equip them, you will get a bonus but only if you equip every part (ICON, BACKGROUND, & BORDER) of that set.

Cards that can be Obtained from the WEEKLY Living Tower (Bonus Cards are only unlocked from the 7 Day Towers)
1. If luck is on your side complete the Money Tower if it is available (It has yet to be scene).

2. Towers based on PAST Mortal Kombat Games offer 250 Koins per Fatalty performed (Brutalites do not count). This would include MK1, MK2, MK3, and MK4. All give the same amount of Koins.










3. If that living tower is constrained to a specific character. Go through story mode and do EVERY QUICK TIME EVENT PERFECTLY.
a. If you fail at even 1 part of that quick time event, quit the story mode match and then retry it. You may also have to reselect that part of the chapter if need be.
b. This set will reward you 250 Koins per MATCH WIN (which is better because it does not constrain your play style)

In EVERY FRACTION, when you reach the max level of 50, you are rewarded a GREAT Kombat Kard This includes +400 Koins per Faction Kill ( 200 Koins per match + 200 Koins per Faction Kill)

Downside:
1. This limits you to always performing a Faction Kill
2. You will lose your Faction Set Kombat Kard if you choose to join to a different Factions.

#1. DO NOT BUY CHARACTER COSTUME/SKINS/OUTFITS IN THE Krypt! After you play through a character’s Klassic tower you will be rewarded with that costume for free. When you go to the kyrpt and then attempt to open the chest originally containing the costume that you already unlocked from completing the Klassic Tower mode, you will instead be rewarded with koins equal to 2 times way you paid. So if the chest cost X, then after you open the chest you will get X amount of coins extra.
For example, you spend 100 coins --> Chest will give you 200 coins --> that is really 100 coins profit.

#2. In the Krypt, there are chest filled with Koins so make sure to open them first.

#3. You are required to buy 3 chest to enter the Krupt, but then I would suggest you focus on exploring, solving the puzzles and opening the chest contain Koins 1st.

#4 During your visit to the Krypt, there will be certain quick time events that occur, as you explore. I highly advise you to play as you normally would play would until you realize what I am talking about.
-To increase your focus you might want to try turning the sound off when you in the Krypt
- Learn the button placements on your controller.
- Place your thumb near the buttons for the potental QTE and use the bumpers, L1 and R1 to face directions.

SPENDING in the Krypt:
Prioritize what you are going to buy. My suggestion is that you focus on buying fatalities and brutality of your favorite 2 characters FIRST.

The average cost:
~ 1600 Koins per Fatality [Range: 170-2780]
~ 6000 Koins per Brutality [Range: 55-9870] * Assume high values.

This does not include the Koins you need to gamble at the Shrine of the Dead to Obtain:
1. Ferra/Torr's Brutality: Step On Down
2. Kung Jin's Brutality: Where'd You Go
3. Kotal Kahn's Brutality: Offering
4. Kano's Brutality: Pop Off

Multiple sources have suggested that you pay 2100 Koins per Gamble (This is true for the majority of the unlockables).

When you are close to obtaining everything from the Shrine of the Dead the 2100 Koins per Gamble will no longer be sufficient to obtaining an unlockable (This occurred for me after I unlocked ~100 unlockables; Very close to the end).

When you get to the point where you only receive Koins from your gambles ~3-4 times in a row you need to increase the amount of Koins gambled {from 2100 Koins --> 3100 --> 4100 --> 5100. * I cannot verify the amount you need to increase. I was maxed out at this point so I just did the max amount for the last 3 unlockables}

When you get everything from the Krypt, you can still obtain an unlimited supply of “Skip Fights” & “Instant Fatality,” when you bet the Max amount at the Shrine of the Dead.

Opinion: When the game starts to feel like work instead of being fun then do not worry about unlocking everything. I personally got sick of Faction Kills and the whole Kombat Kard System made me enjoy the game less. It should have been a system where the bonus got increased values based on the number of items you unlocked instead of limiting specific awards to specific amounts. Anything that takes away your freedom and limits your game style can really limit your fun.
