it works ok but would suggest road anarchy mod to be listed had difficulty placing it due to the road length not matching up to the road i was joining it to, had to turn anarchy on, place it, use move it to pull it back from the road a little then draw a road to it but it works fine although hella clean for a construction site, ive had to dirty it up a bit, might i suggest using a road that has dirt edges running through the center of it instead of ones with pavement already, would give it a little bit more of an authentic feel

This is missing "Recycle bin" [417128174] and "Speed Limit 15" [418637762], I can't find them.

i love assets like these but also hate having to download a huge list of props to make it look good, im already down to a 10 minute load time cos of all the individual props for assets, a ridiculous amount like 4000 dependencies just for a handful of assets is kinda daft in all honesty, would be a lot easier and more effective to have all those listed as a pack or included in the actual asset, makes for easier downloads and more would be inclined to sub to it

This is my first attempt to add an ingame icon and tooltip, so could someone do me a favor and check whether they are working?
