Better Ice Form

The purpose of this mod was to make Ice Form a more devastating, combat-oriented shout as opposed to more of a crowd control thing. So the changes are as follows:

First Word of Power:

Duration: 15sec -> 30sec
Frost Damage per second: 2 -> 5

Second Word of Power:

Duration: 30sec -> 45sec
Frost Damage per second: 2 -> 7

Third Word of Power:

Duration: 60sec -> 60 sec
Frost Damage per second: 2 -> 10

So in conclusion, the first Word of Power does a total of 150 frost damage, the second Word of Power does a total of 315 frost damage, and the third word of power does a total of 600 frost damage. Now you can just Shout at your foes and watch them freeze to death.
