• For starting out, just as usual, build an extractor, a reactor, and a weapons room.
  
• After that, go make corridors towards the monolith that makes the minions faster and the monolith that delays the enemy. Whichever one you research first is fine.
  
• Ignore the first wave with the little spy things.
  
• Make a green and yellow room before making another weapons room.
  
• You will only need two weapons rooms, but three quarters. So yes, you/your minions will spend some time between waves focusing on food service.
  
• You don't need a second weapon room until the 5th wave, but you can make one anyways if you want.
  
• Don't focus on surviving 28+ waves. You get this achievement before or during the 11th wave.
