FYI only the first real estate agent in Ibiza is marked by default, none in Hawaii, at least on PS3 version of the game. The 'First' real estate agent in Hawaii is almost exactly midway between the starter house and the cosmetic surgeon, if you were to draw a line between the two you're looking for the road that is approximately parallel to that line not the roads perpendicular to it. Hope this helps anyone looking at this thread in the future :)

@☮asterics1813☮ yes just 2, it's impossible to buy all cars to ibiza houses even if you own them all, you need to buy houses on hawaii too, there are a lot more.
