The Wonder Of Mountains

** A new game will be required for the mod to take effect **

Adds a new wonder to the game - Holoextractor, which can be found under (Tactical Robotics) in the Tech Web.

Bonuses:
Adds +1 food and +3 production to mountain tiles.

Wonder Requirements:
3 Petroleum.
A Mountain must be within 2 squares of the city to build the wonder.
Level 4 in the Supremacy Affinity.
