You dont NEED any special skills for this heist but taking Winston Wolfe Aced will cut your cleaner costs by a lot (This heist can be done with no civ deaths but the cost vs time of keeping everyone under control is not worth it)

For any stealth heist i use http://pd2skills.com/#/v3/mHEBDa:eDa:gqNOLhEGBCa:feCa:ibcdea:pR8::w10-43-26-2-25-4-15-46:s49-6-10:a1 as a base and add either fugitive skills (for bodybags and cleaner costs) or Technician skills (if the heist requires faster drills or bombs).

There are always 4 guards and 1 manager on this map so it can all be controlled, the manager carries a keycard needed to shut down case alarms (dont break any glass before this is down)

Start by heading straight for the alley on the left of the store and start picking the side door, if there is a camera either shoot it or use camera loops if you have it) once the door is open shoot the security guard and the cameras are down.

2 civilians will cross by outside this door at around 40 seconds into the map, it makes sense to control and move them into the camera room.

spin through the cameras to see where the guards are and head round to pick the back door which is up a set of metal stairs.

To take out the guards, its easiest to wait for them to come upstairs and take them out one by one, a silenced shotgun helps as you can blast them down the corridor to buy more time to answer pagers. Take out the manager when she comes upstairs (then use the card to shut down case alarms)

Once all the guards are down you can either try to control the store and street or take the faster option which is to use up your cable ties then blast everyone with a '!' over them.
From here its a smash and grab, all you need keep an eye out for is any wandering civ's in the street.

There are some civs sat out the back of the store but they wont notice anything unless you start making lots of noise (grenades or unsilienced guns)
