My Computer Blocking VAC System

Some times we have been kicked from VAC Secure Servers with message like: Your Computer Blocking VAC System, please go here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2117-ILZV-2837 and fix this by your self. And give you a 3 minutes to fix all this stuff. Not fair i say.

Must enable DEP and Disable Kernel
Must restart PC

Windows 7 and Windows 8

STEP 1.

OK. First of ALL

You must DISABLE Secure Boot Policy on your System!!! In Future "SBP"
In Windows 8 we have Secure Boot UEFI
You can Disable this directly from BIOS or use this manual HERE[itsfoss.com]

In Windows 7 pretty simple disabling from Bios.
Under this you have maybe standard Secure Boot version or Legacy SB.
Make sure Secure Boot is Disabled
Save change's and exit Bios

Here examples of BIOS Secure Boot's

UEFI Secure Boot Picture[neosmart.net]
Normal BIOS Secure Boot Picture[neosmart.net]
Legacy Secure Boot Picture[neosmart.net]

Secure Boot prevent making changes to boot sector "That why VALVe's solutions not working for some peoples on newer machines under Windows 8 even win 7.

STEP 2.

Enable DEP
Data Execution Prevention (DEP) must be enabled to play on VAC secured servers
Open Command Prompt (Admin)
Write:

bcdedit /deletevalue nx

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn

P.S You Can VERIFY your DEP Status by writing this command:

wmic OS Get DataExecutionPrevention_SupportPolicy

0 – DEP is disabled for all processes.
1 – DEP is enabled for all processes.
2 – DEP is enabled for only Windows system components and services. (Default)
3 – DEP is enabled for all processes

IF ITS 0 ro 2 Try again Step 2 without "delete nx" You must have status of DEP at 1 or 3.

STEP 3.

Turn off Kernel Debugging
Open Command Prompt (Admin)
Write:

bcdedit /debug off

And For Sure you can Enable Kernel Integrity
By sending this commands to Command Prompt (Admin)

bcdedit /deletevalue nointegritychecks

bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions

RESTART YOUR PC

Well, you can always Enable Secure Boot back if you need it. When you Enabling SBP back on make sure u have all your DEP and Kernel options saved in that condition what we make at this steps.

Thats It.

P.S. VALVE please write some manuals for this. We are Gamers no Software Programmers.

Some users DEP settings comes not allowing change the options:

This command makes changeable. You should add this step 2, first command:
"bcdedit.exe/set {current} nx OptIn"

Yea, i recommend to boot PC always, its boot sector what we do changes it needs restart always. P.S. uninstall CCleaner before u do step 2. Its pervent doin changes to boot sector too..

OK maybe we need to restart our computer to check the condition of dep in step 2. now I am in 1.

polarica I can't change my dep condition to 3 or 1 and whatever I deletevalue or alwayson(alwaysoff), it is locked on 2. I pretty sure that I have disabled the secure boot.

Its not helped me with problem. Have no 3d party software what maybe conflicted with. But its nice. Ill do this. Gonna Add to Guide this link.

FINALLY FOUND A SOLUTION TO MY BIG MESS (OVER 3 WEEKS)

Please read this article for a more official understanding + this article.

In the beginning of the article, it says conflicting software, please do not skimp over this.

~Conflicting Software~
This issue can be caused by third party software interfering with your game or Steam. Please restart your computer, then launch Steam and the game without running any other third party software.
Common Conflicts:
-Cheat Engine
-IObit Start Menu 8
-CCleaner
-Process Hacker
-DLL Injectors

CCleaner ended up to be my conflict. Please check if you have any other programs installed on your computer that may conflict with cs:go

Every BIOS have Secure boot policy. You must prop. unloade Secure Boot Keys to disable this feature. If you not disable this all of future steps does not work. Secure boot loads all your steps what you done back to normal and you have this problem again.
