Yeah, Beggar's Bazooka soldier bots and Loose Cannon demo bots do tend to blow themselves up too. The soldiers will constantly overload if they don't have a target to shoot at, and the demos will usually over-charge their cannonballs.

Most people don't know that Sir Nukesalot's Loose Cannon is actually tweaked to remove the charge mechanic, so that it just fires like a regular Grenade Launcher. Otherwise he'd be blowing himself up most of the time too.
