If you like me got frustrated when trying to get this achievement to unlock even after reading the achievement guide. Here is what worked for me in the end.
Guide
To get this achievement you need a map where a minimum of 4 officers can die really fast. Unfortunally almost all missions in this game force you to break open a door first. However a few maps are very nice for getting this achievement, one of them is in the screenshot below.


Next outfit your 4 officers with this lineup. (or something similar) if you dont have the "no vest mod" from the workshop you can use low threat vest instead.



Set up your officers like this,make them move a few meters to open ground and make sure to aim away from the gangsters, if you have "no enemy armour mod" remember to turn it off just in case.
Click start mission and watch the magic happen.



Now just click continiue and your achievement should unlock!

god damn this chivo, what the hell, I did this and even when they get killed within 3 or even 2 seconds of mission start i still don't get the achievement

@luckz Your own troops are unaffected by flashbangs. Also I'm not sure what the point of downloading a mod for a single achievement is; if you're going to cheat just save yourself the effort and use SAM.

The method in the guide doesn't work even if you use bad gear and low-threat armor. Even resetting your ability points so your troops aren't as powerful doesn't do the job. They simply kill everyone as soon as they come in contact with them and stay alive. I'm sure a no-armor mod or an enemy-armor mod would come in handy but yeah. Thanks for the guide either way.

I tried this a few times, but my highly trained soldiers of CQB apparently are too leveled to get shot down by simple beach punks, so I instead used a grenade mod to commit seppuku (nading myself). Maybe flashbanging your own guys until enemies kill them also works.

It is not a mod, you can turn on coloured waypoints in options :)

Ah, thank you. I was wondering how to get that achievement. May I ask, what mod do you use that makes your waypoints coloured?
