After shoving the hexipal in the glowing trashcan (or whatever it was), some cool glowing symbols appear. The symbols look strangely similar to the ones in the background of the picture of Shay and his parents in the spaceship's cockpit. I bet it's possible to map each pin to a specific symbol, and I bet it would be really handy to keep track of that mapping for later.

If you stumble across any other hexipals, it might be a good idea to write down their wiring patterns as well. Just follow the flow of the current and remember the order wires are attached; blue, yellow, red.
