Instructions for SFM Only below::
Directions::Copy the materials to either the usermod or tf2 folder. open the vmt to the corresponding model (exjul13_soot_suit_blue_color and change the vmt code from jul13_soot_suit_blue_color to jul13_soot_suit_blue_color_oWn to use the hex skin texture.

Skins Colors:: If you pick red or blue and change the code. That vmt will use that vtf file.

This is a hex materials for the red/blue team models.
