Same here. This puzzle seems flat out glitched for me. Can't click anywhere to do anything other than reset the flower to this state.

Thanks very much for the guide! But I'm still stuck and was wondering if you could help me please? I just clicked on the flower and it brought me to this puzzle. But I'm clicking everywhere and nothing is happening. I can only reset the flower and nothing else.
