Please existing a patrol's mod for emrgency units ?

problem, i'm in the tutorial and did the exact things but the tutorial still told me to assign, why?

I need more help with the scheduled patrols. Let's say I create a unique schedule for every hour of the game (no more blank white hours). How do then set a patrol for "all times"?

The only way I know how is to first set a scheduled hour back to the default schedule (blank white), drag the arrow the that hour, set the patrol, and then set the hour back to my unique schedule. It seems like tedious work-around.
