I changed the .crp file so it should place anywhere and then just hook a road up to it so the cims can get to it (no need to draw a piece of road first now)

@UK122: I get a 'space already occupied' message, even if I put the road in the middle of a completely flat and empty space. Has anyone else seen this error?

@tiefling: you need to draw a piece of road where you want the dome in a blank area (that will be removed, so make it wider than the dome)

The contact point with the road is not an edge, its about a third of the way in from front or back.
