1. Police Officer- Automatically at the start- $200 per shift.
2. Corporal- 1000 Score Points- $400 per shift
3. Senior Trooper- 3000 Score Points-$600 per shift- Allows police car customisation
4. Master Trooper- 5000 Score Points- $800 per shift
5. Sergeant 1- 7000 Score Points- $1000 per shift
6. Sergeant 2- 10,000 Score Points- $1200 per shift.
7. First Sergeant- 13,000 Score Points- $1400 per shift.
8. Sergeant Major- 16,000 Score Points- $1600 per shift
9. Lieutenant- 19,000 Score Points- $1800 per shift
10. Police Captain- 23,000 Score Points- $2000 per shift
11. Deputy Inspector- 27,000 Score Points- $2200 per shift
12. Colonel- 31,000 Score Points- $2400 per shift
13. Commander- 35,000 Score Points $2600 per shift
14. Deputy Chief- 40,000 Score Points- $2800 per shift
15. Chief of Police- 45,000 Score Points- $3000 per shift

Notes

-The rank menu can be accessed by the F3 button.
-Score is gained by performing well on each mission, perfect = 200 points, good= 100 points etc.
-Score is lost by failing missions or letting criminals slip away, eg letting a drink driver go is -50 points etc.
- This Guide is still a work in progress and will update as I play through the game. Please feel free to post your own rank information of the ranks I haven't yet filled in.

Chief of Police is 45k btw

Also, score earned by mission depends on the missions. Some drug traffic and murder ones, especially when the suspect has a gun, are worth 500 Score Points maybe even more.
