I dont think so,

Welcome to terra warming. It has been almost 100 years since the last ice berg Melted, this was one of the safest refuges when the storm finally hit. positioned well above sea level, but evidence still remain's of man trying to tame natures beast and build where we should not be. The water has since returned to the ocean through much effort of the previous colony through dike building and redirection, but much is still needed to be done to provide for a city. It is your time to rebuild a properous city in this forever changed world.
