But this DL-TV achievement might get overlooked. So how to get this?

Open the game and get the tv with those channels. One of those channels is labeled minigame. Click it and finish that puzzle.

You should have received the achievement now.

When you launch the game you immediately see puzzle pieces floating around, simply put them in place on the outlined head and you will get the achievement.
