Control Basics
1: Go To Utilities - Select Door Control System
2: Go To Utilities - Select Door Servo
a) FYI the gear icon of the server must be placed over the door itself
2: Once built select the Control System and choose "Connect"
3: Left Click on the Servo.

Reminder the connection must go from Control System to the Servo or Automatic door...it won't work the other way around

Just a quick question, it won't work if I have no prisoners, therefore the doors are always open, right?

I figured out the problem, as I had the same thing happen to me too. What I did was I created a door control system for each door timer, and connected ONLY the door control system to the door timer. Then I added door servos to the doors I needed to control. I connected ONLY the door timers to each door servo I wanted to control, not the other way around. This fixed the problem for me :D

I tryed, perhaps I need two servos, one each end?

Yes you can. Works the same way as a regular door

Thank you so very much! I was having some trouble with the door servos, I didn't realize I was installing them incorrectly. XD

2 things (and they may seem obvious) but 1) Are you sure the door isn't manually set to "Lock Open" and 2) try dismantling the servo and reinstalling

I think some of my doors are glitched, they just stay open. It's properly connected because i have 2 door systems and the otehr works just fine. But the lights on the servo just stay green. But none of my prisoners have made any escape attempts even though half the prison is open, oddly enough.
