Level 6 unique building

Stats:
4,792 polys
9,800 tris
Diffuse, Specular and Illumination texture 1024x2048 (I removed the normal texture as it as not really needed)
LOD model with 512x512 texture.

Same in-game stats as the Sports Stadium.

*NOTE* all shadow and texture bugs from first version have been fixed. You should be able to plop this asset with no concern of render artifacts. YAY!

So I subscribed, plopped it, and it's the LR category. No tourists are visiting but 20 households live there. xD People are walking in the outfield & their stats say "at home".

Hello again, just wanted to let you know I downloaded a trial copy of 3ds Max and was then able to work with the model imported from Modtools. I've uploaded an upscaled version with credit to you for the model. You're model is awesome! The uploaded version can be reviewed at:

Hi @OniDisco, this is a great model but it is a little small. I know someone made an upscale version of this but they did not have the source files and as a result the origin point is in the infield and grass pokes through the infield as well. I sent a friend request as I want to request the source files for this asset so I can create an upscale version of this. I tried extracting the model using Modtools but it can't extract the Mesh correct due to encoding errors. Please let me know! Thanks!
