@[Name Redacted] So we don't have to place everything manually ourselves. If you're a total control-freak about your cities, I guess I understand wanting to "plop down" everything yourself. But generally, I vastly prefer growables.

In all seriousness, what is the point of making growable buildings when they will only get replaced by the default modern ones?
