QUICK DESCRIPTION:
- The aim of this map is to create the perfect setting for your own amazing city. There are no obnoxious small hills or awfully shaped highways cutting through your carefully planned infrastructure. This map enables you to expand fast but always with a plan in mind.

FEATURES:
- Completely flat within city zones.
- 4 highways (Interconnected, 2 exits).
- 1 river.
- 2 airways, 2 railroads.

My only issue with this map is that for some reason it doesn't seem to be running in straight lines, so when I go to make grids (my preferred way of building) they eventually get lopsided and the zoning freaks out.
