Lucina's Deluxe Highway Underpass with Parks

A basic highway underpass with 2-lane frontage roads, U-turn lanes, pedestrian paths, and room for 4x3 parks in each corner. A 1-tile gap in the center of the highway allows for power lines to be run between the two sides, powering any buildings along the frontage road and allowing for easy distribution of electricity to the entire city.

Note that the smallest default/vanilla parks are 5x5. You can either use a smaller park from a mod, decorate manually with trees, or even zone the park areas for a denser, more urban look.
