Well here's me hoping they don't sit on my drinks machines, but I think actual benches have flags that allow them to sit (like a lot of default stuff has some custom bits to it that you wouldn't be able to replicate yet.)

Aha, okay, if that's where all the props go hopefully it'll be fine (I haven't used any yet).

I see them use benches all the time. They'll use benches that are on building roofs, balconies, all sorts. The attention to detail in the game is just wonderful. Not benches, but another detail I noticed yesterday - little garbage bins appear in front of properties when it's time for the garbage trucks to come around. So much detail that I'm sure a lot of people never see because they're busy building and managing. Lovely.

I don't think so (and don't hope so) but currently that's where all player-made props go. I've never actually seen a CiM use a bench.

If it's in the benches tab, cims won't try and sit on/in them, will they? That could be... awkward.
