This may not be much but it is used to add space between my parking lots. It can also be used for other things like makeshift plazas.
It has half of the stats as the 2x4 one.

This is great for adding a little extra space for parking drivers to maneuver. It's not very useful on its own, but with the 1x4 Parking Lots it really shines.
