Beskrivelse
The Battle of Stalingrad is considered to be one of the bloodiest conflicts in the history of warfare. Known as "The Kessel" (meaning "cauldron") by the soldiers of the Wehrmacht, this map offers close quarters street fighting in a slushy, rain-soaked hell.

For more maps with heavy atmosphere and careful attention to detail, try my other maps "Lebensraum", "Rasputitsa", "Sturm Assault" as well as the original "Sturm" for bridge chokepoints. Have fun fellas!

Note: popcap is 100. If you want it higher, use a tuning mod... but really you won't need more on this map.

This might be my favorite map so far, however as I play with a higher camera height, everything is in this blue haze and then I can't appreciate all of the map details.

Would it be possible to remove this haze? Would make it 11/10

MrBulldops - agreed... that`s why the layouts of my maps are narrower in width and there isn`t a maze of streets and obstructions that frustrate line of sight. I love Relic, but their maps are prone to battles that are more like watching kindergartens playing sports - everyone just running around randomly... that`s not how wars are fought, it`s unrealistic. I will make more city maps in the future.

I was really disappointed that so many of the CO2 Eastern Front maps made by the developers were rural outside-of-main-city type maps. I wish more maps were like these!! It's not enormous so infantry doesn't take forever to get down the map, and the pathing works wonderfully. Tanks and AT guns aren't trying to squeeze threw 2 narrowly-placed buildings. Please make more <3

Finally a city map without a maze of streets and super long wait time to get to the frontlines. Also not overkill on ammo resource. Well done. Going to play this map a lot.

by the way this map is awsome better than anything the canadian nazis relic can make.
