UA: Sic Semper Tyrannis: +1 Great Writer points in the capital; Each Great Person born adds to the Golden Age progress; during Golden Ages, units receive the March Promotion.


UB: Plantation House: A bank replacement, a Plantation House has the same benefits as a bank and also tields 2 copies of Tobacco.

UU: Minuteman Replaces the Musketman. This Unit may move through rough ground as though it were flat, receives a bonus when fighting in rough terrain, and earns points toward a golden age Golden Age when it defeats an enemy.

I know that this is way too late for any change but Thomas Jefferson was in France as ambassador during the writing of the Constitution.

@devon699 - it's a glitch I can't figure out. Usually the buildinmgd show up if you reload.
