There is a program called a competitive server picker, which basically allows you to choose or remove servers that you don't want, in this case we don't want Russia.

1st step: Download the MM Server Picker 4.4 from Gamebanana - http://files.gamebanana.com/tools/matchmaking_server_picker_44b.zip

2nd step: Run the program as administrator to achieve the maximum russian extermination!
3rd step: Select "EU East", or "US West" to have the best possible experience of CS:GO. The program will block all the other server IP's in your firewall so there is no

possible way to join a russian server anymore

NOTE: I haven't tested EU West, there might be Russians, but If anyone reading this guide will comment if it works, then I'll add that too.

4th step: Run Counter-Strike:russian offensive...uh I mean Global offensive, and enter a queue for a match...

NOTE: Now you should feel a slightly longer waiting time because it only searches for a match available at your selected servers. Cool right?

Now that you have eliminated Russians from your soul, you can Improve your ENGLISH skills!
