never try to add. It is just a simple remove the line with the minefield in it. Been a long time since I did it. I would say download it open it and look at the code. I hardly play anymore with this game. While I love X games this one was not as fun as the x3 that got me hooked. I spent over 600 in x3 2.1 which is what got me hooked. Moding x3 was harder.

can you add other minefields to this mod and how would it be done if you can

try cheat menu with all your ships God mode on m/L/XL on then you won't lose crew and ships. It's the only way to make sure you lose nothing or better yet don't build stations in that sector and make sure you destroy other factions station with the cheat mod to prevent your ships from going there.

As of August 2017 using 4.10 this mod removed minefield in Fell Afflicion. Installed many mods with game with no conflicts with what i'm using, good mod to use, well done author and thank you.

my Arawn flew right into it in turbo mode. It made it to the other side :D but with no survivors aboard X_X also i was hidden inside and i had a bad time getting out of the wreckage XD just to finally ghet myself inside a FUCKING HUGE DEATH ZONE

Mine field still exists in 4.0

ew-tech, you're saying the minefield is removed in Vanilla 3.61 or that the mod works as of 3.61? I guess I'll find out... eventually. And hopefully I can keep playing this time. Even if I could play properly in Fell Affliction, it's still a lore / immersion destroyer. Rievers could NEVER build and lay that many mines, given the state of their system. As I have many times before, I must question what the hell Egosoft were thinking.

4.0 work?

Good news, since 3.61 the minefield is removed. Seems that some kind of bug in was repaired and the sector is pretty clean now.
