Если вы не можете включить консоль через cfg то есть еще один способ:
1)Заходите в библиотеку;
2)Ищите Zeno Clash;
3)Жмите мышь 2 и выбирете свойства;
4)Вкладка общее;
5)Установить параметры запуска;
6)Введите -console и нажмите OK;
7)Закройте окно Свойства и запустите игру

3) Click the mouse and select Properties 2;
4) The General tab;
5) Set launch options;
6) Enter the -console and click OK;
7) Close the Properties window and launch the game.
