Main thing about dodge you must understand, that it's a chance of evade damage completly, no guarantees here.

So u can have like 50% standing still, 65% crouched or 75% sprinting which in math means you can have like 1/2 2/3 or 3/4 bullets evade, but for your information its RNG & you can dodge a 100 bullets at time or they might shot you with like 5 bullets in row.

Basicly, your suit alowing you to dodge a bit like 10% or so... kinda low chance isn't it?
So more armor you have - the less agile you are and the best chances you have with two-piece suit, but still there is an option.

• 2PC or TPC - Two-piece suit
  
• LBV - Lightwieght ballistic vest
  
• Weap - weapons, arms
  
• Conc - concealment
  
• FAK - first aid kit
  
• TTK - Time to kill
  
• RNG - random numbers generator

Okey, lets begin with perk decks, because that's how we doing it.
First things first.

Rogue deck lvl 7 adding you 30% of chance with your 2PS (two-piece suit) up to 40%.

But we have another option, which isn't that good, but still possible (and it's all about possibilities).

So-called Crook. Oh, please. Well, that stuff at lvl 7 adding you like 25% of dodge for Light ballistic vest (it's +45% & -20% because of penalty), so you will have some armor from now on. But u need pretty well calculated build for it & that's the matter of lvl & infamy. One more thing, i don't really think you can use it on DW, but you surely can test it.

DLC option: Burglar.

Well, you aren't a hobbit for sure, so don't even bother. That thing mostly for sneaky bastaz (stealth infantry guys) and it will add you only 20% of dodge chance, so don't even try to use it with your LBV or heavier armor.

So this combination of things can improve your dodge or... ruin it to hell.
Main tricks are skill point management & weapon concealment, because for greater dodge you need a 2PS (Two-piece suit).

Balancing Weap Conc & Skill Points is vital. With bigger concealment your need more SP to spend, but your borders are 5 (less SP) or 25 conc points (add 8 skill points for ace). If you going for real weapons like LMGs & heavy sniper rifles etc... your concealment hit 35+ & you won't gain more than 55% crouched & 60% sprinting.

Well there are 2 options:
Two-piece suit for Rogue deck & Light ballistic vest with Crook deck.

Okey, here we go for figures.

Conc 35+ - dodge chance 40% (55% crouch or 65% sprinting) with 2PS, but you can carry any weaps you like.
Conc 25-35 with Sneaky bastad MAXED from 50 to 40%.One less percent for one extra conc point.
Conc 5-35 with Sneaky bastad owned from 50 to 40%. One less percent for 3 extra conc points.

Crouch effect +15% of dodge chance thanks to Duck & cover skill (aced).
Sprinting +25% of dodge chance thanks to Sprinter skill (aced).

With LBV & Crook perk deck you starting with 25% of dodge instead of 40%.
Skills & weapons affecting the same way as for 2PS/Rogue deck combo.

Best lower conc number for weap you can allow is 14. With 1 weap at 14 you need a secondary with 30 & melee with 30. One extra point of weap concealment adding you 3 points of overall concealment. But thats not that bad, you can add Hidden blade skill from Fugitive skill tree for 2 extra melee weapon concealment points & boost your main gun or secondary... whatever.

Okey, so here is a small list of good weaps with very low (25 & less) & decent (from 14 to 25) concealment.

Sniper rifles:
Nagant SR - best weap conc 14 with 23 overall (22 with hidden blade). Its not that accurate & there is no scope, but you can kill dozers & shields just like before.
Rattlesnake SR - best weap conc 10... overall 35 (or 29 with Hidden blade the only way) concealment. Not the best choise for sure, in that case you can bring all good weaps you have like thanatos etc...

Nothing here...

Saw

Grenade launcher:
Yes

Akimbo:
Sure

Shotguns:
Mosconi 12G
Raven

Assault rifles:
CAR-4 easy to customize for anything.
Clarion. Pretty good one aswell, better ROF & lesser time for killing dozers, but its DLC weapon.
Commando 553. Another piece of art.

Some other rifles could be useful if you like 'em...

Secondaries were made for concealed carrying, no reason to mind 'em.

Okey, here is the main part of all, mind the rest are important aswell.

Fugitive:
Sneaky bastad
For owners - mind your proper guns (conc less than 5).
Aces can feel themselves more freely with weaps, also you might grab saw with you or even heavier stuff like Nagant.

Duck & cover - good one in the tight spots, also you can help your teammates under fire in the middle of the street surrounded by gang of FBI finest.

Run & Gun - its always fun & they can't hit target which dissapears around the corner. Ace still optional.

Daredevil ace - optional crap, how much time you zip-lining over the FBI army?

Ghost:
Sprinter ACE - thats what you need, just read discription.

Shinoby basic - optional, its good to move faster when you crouch.

Mastermind:
Endurance - optional. Its good to have a great stamina.

• You have SAW now. Other don't. Sure, it's your primay & non-upgraded, but still you have ammobags for it & keep that loco shotty with lower concealment close to you.

• You have Counter-strike. With combination of good melee, like a Kruger knife or money bundle you can counter-attack damn cloakers! Show them who's boss! Also may swap it for Low blow skill.
  
• Transporter ace - you can carry & throw stuff, but bagging it is your weap spot.
  
• Keep concealment less than 25 for best results.
  
• You can kill people during the stealth missions.
  
• You can jump from non-fatal heights.
  
• Swan song - its vital to leave the battlefield & lay down somewhere safe. Also you can help your downed friends even half way down.
