This puzzle is randomized, but the solution always seems to follow this pattern. First the beam starts from the lower crystal, then it hits the left mirror, then it goes through all four prisms, then it hits the right mirror, and finally it reaches the upper crystal. If you have this sequence, but the solution isn’t registering, then try adjusting the right mirror slightly.
