"inspired" by a joke with in the "CK3 Expanded Mod Series" Discord server, everyone starts as a tribal count with a unique culture for each county, a save is included because all those divergent cultures take at least 24 hours to diverge, run the command "effect KhanKhan" to make the steppe actual nomadic, and the command "effect Reroll" to reroll every ruler.
