LIM Pegasus II | Survival-Ready Industrial Carrier

With new planets being discovered in the Enigma system, Lagrange greenlit the development and production of new cost-effective carriers to spur industrial enterprising and colonization in the new frontier. Building on the legacy of the original Pegasus, the Pegasus II improves in just about every way. More range, a much larger and more accessible hangar, a cozier interior, two holding cells, and even has redundant life support systems!

Although fighters can be launched from this vessel, the LF-24 series can only land without its wingtip missiles and is quite a tight fit. Those looking to use this for militia purposes may want to look at smaller, shorter-range fighters like the LF-17 through 23 and updating its fire package so it isn't as vulnerable.

Just beware during use that this vessel does not have an expansive fuel tank, and may need refueling craft present during extended voyages or for a mining craft to be parked onboard. This was simply due to limitations of the design, though more fuel can be fitted by replacing one or two cargo pods.
