Double Use Pills

Allows pills to be used twice before being discarded.

The texture of the pills changes after the first use, to include a bloody variant.
The cap becomes missing, showing that it has been used once before.

- Consume used pills or use an item Drop mod to pick up fresh pills.
- It is balanced for Grit, where pills are necessary for healing.
- This mod is not compatible with reskins.
